Since Dr. Lawrence Poree was appointed to establish a Neuromodulation Service within the Division of Pain Medicine in the Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Care, the service has evolved in the clinical, research, and educational arenas.
Associate Professor Seema Gandhi, MD, has won the 2017 UCSF Sustainability Award in the Faculty Category, for her work to reduce waste generated from daily operations in the UCSF ORs.
