After meeting with HR and completing onboarding paperwork, the ABO (Anesthesia Business Office) will reach out via email to the incoming faculty or staff member with badge instructions. Emailed Instructions will also include an IT meeting location and time for badge programming.
SFGH ID Badges are processed and distributed from the ZSFG HR location located 2 blocks south of the Main Campus. Faculty/Staff must receive an approval document from the ABO (Anesthesia Business Office) prior to arriving during drop-in hours or scheduled appointments.
