Assistant Professor Ann Shah, MD, Awarded the Ernest H. Rosenbaum Commitment to Patient Care Award

We are pleased to announce that Assistant Professor of Anesthesia and Perioperative Care, Ann Shah, MD, has been awarded the Ernest H. Rosenbaum Commitment to Patient Care Award for 2018.

Dr. Shah graduated from the UCSF Anesthesia Residency program, followed by a UCSF Pain Medicine fellowship. She currently works with patients suffering from chronic cancer pain.

Dr. Ernest Rosenbaum was a professor of medicine at UCSF, who “worked on programs to benefit cancer patients, survivors, and families” for over 50 years. His obituary can be read here.
