Randomized controlled trial to determine the proper opioid prescription after surgery. In this study, we will compare the patient-centered protocol vs the procedure-centered protocol to optimize postsurgical opioid prescription. The goal is to prevent both opioid over-prescription and opioid under-prescription simultaneously.
