Continuing Medical Education (CME)

The UCSF Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Care sponsors several CME activities over the course of each academic year.

Anesthesia Grand Rounds take place every first and second Wednesday of the month from 7 - 8 a.m. PST unless otherwise noted. Agenda and calendar invitations are distributed to the department the week of the event.

Anesthesia M&M Conferences take place every third Wednesday of the month from 7 - 8 a.m. PST. The ZSFG and VAMC locations host their site specific M&M Conferences at the same time. Agenda and calendar invitations are sent to participants at their respective sites the week of the event.

In addition to Grand Rounds and M&M Conferences, the department also hosts a ZSFG Faculty Education Lectures Series (for those at ZSFG) on the fourth Wednesday of the month from 7 - 8 a.m. PST, and a MOCA certification course several times a year for qualified faculty members.
