Leah Pimentel, MBA, Selected as a San Francisco Business Times Most Influential Woman for 2022

We are delighted to announce that Leah Pimentel, MBA, has been selected as a San Francisco Business Times Most Influential Woman in Business for 2022!

A San Francisco native with deep ties in the community, Leah’s people-focused work is making an impact both within and outside of our department. She was recently named the Co-Director of the UCSF School of Medicine’s Differences Matter: Build Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression Expertise program, and is also a 2022 recipient of the Healthcare DEI Champions Award.

Leah is driving positive change at UCSF as the inaugural director of DEI and Culture in the Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Care, and don’t miss her feature in the SF Business Times October 7th special issue!

An awards ceremony for the entire 2022 Most Influential Women in Business cohort will be held on Thursday, October 13th, from 5 to 9pm at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square.
