Biography Dr. Ben Arevalo is a triple-board certified physician who specializes in interventional pain medicine and palliative medicine. While he treats a variety of painful conditions ranging from benign to malignant, he has a particular interest in using advanced interventional techniques for managing cancer-related pain. In his role as a palliative medicine specialist, he also helps patients maximize their quality of life by managing symptoms related to cancer including pain, fatigue, nausea, low appetite, insomnia, anxiety, and depression. He also supports patients and their families with medical decision making and advance care planning.
