Biography Jessica supports the day-to-day financial operations of the Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Care, assisting with department-funded transactions, reimbursements, and financial reporting. She ensures accuracy and compliance with UC policies while maintaining effective financial controls. Jessica works closely with faculty and staff and serves as a liaison to Supply Chain Management and the School of Medicine Dean’s Office to streamline processes, strengthen internal controls, and promote efficiency across the department’s financial activities. She studied Economics and Japanese at the University of California, Davis, with a minor in Music, and plays the cello. After spending several years living in Japan, she joined UCSF in 2017. Born and raised in San Francisco, she now resides in Santa Clara with her husband and teenage daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, biking, and is on a quest to find the best vegetarian bánh mì in the Bay Area. Role Staff Category Finance
