Biography
Fiona Langley is a Senior Nurse Anesthetist at the University of California San Francisco and Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. Her career in health care began in 2004 in emergency medicine in Toronto, Canada. She later moved to the United States, where she continued her career in emergency medicine for another nine years before transitioning to critical care and working in the Pediatric ICU at UCSF. In 2015, she graduated from Samuel Merritt University, one of the top nationally accredited nurse anesthesia programs in the US, where she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing. Upon graduation she worked in a variety of clinical settings practicing as a CRNA both independently and as part of a care-team before finding her home at UCSF/ZSFG. While on staff at UCSF, Ms. Langley has participated in various Diversity, Equity and Inclusion community outreach programs and currently serves as co-chair on the UCSF CRNA DEI committee.
