Daniel Zagunis, MD

I grew up in Novato, California and attended UC Davis to study Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior. I received my MD from the Zucker SOM at Hofstra/Northwell, then completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. After completing my residency in Anesthesiology at UCSF, I am excited to be staying on as a CCM Fellow! My interests within Medicine include performance psychology as it applies to medical education, procedural skill, and quality improvement. Outside the hospital, I enjoy playing or watching live music, rock climbing, hiking, and golfing.
