Biography

Provides operational support maintenance operations, including the coordination of communications and pertinent data amongst the unit staff. Participates in the development and maintenance of the department Standard Operating Procedures for the ABO unit for all ownership areas (purchase, inventory, non-salary expenditure budget and tracking, etc.).  Subject matter expert (SME) for BearBuy requisitions & purchase orders, contracts and invoices, room/event scheduling, and MyExpense reimbursements. Reviews, reconciles, and confirms faculty vacation submissions for each pay period. Coordinates and manages vendors for receptions and special events. Identifies inventory deficiencies to make procurement adjustments. Provides back-up support to Executive Administrative Officer for Chief of Anesthesia. Purchases and maintains stock of pantry items, copy room inventory, and office supplies. Also responsible for coordinating ZSFG badge access related to onboarding and replacement needs. Updates management on expiring contracts and rate changes with vendors such as Ricoh, Quench, Office Max, and Associated Services. Shared responsibility to ensure all service requests (walk-ins, phone, or via email) are met with a high level of customer service.
