Biography Oversees the anesthesia workroom operations at ZSFG with diligence and expertise. Provides leadership and support to the Anesthesia Tech Team to cultivate their professional growth and ensures seamless functionality of daily tasks and workflows. Maintains adherence to The Joint Commission standards and enforces compliance with workroom and departmental policies. Serves as the administrative anchor and sourcing authority for our esteemed anesthesia faculty and clinical leadership, offering strategic sourcing support to optimize personnel resources, and meet the equipment and supply needs. Represents the Anesthesia department on interdisciplinary committees. Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal leaders and external agencies.
