Biography Tanya Gupta is a Financial Analyst with the Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Care at UCSF. She supports faculty scheduling, compensation plan administration, and financial reporting for pain management clinics. Tanya develops data-driven Tableau dashboards to visualize clinical productivity, optimize resource allocation, and improve transparency across operations. Her work focuses on ensuring alignment between clinical activity and financial performance while supporting leadership in strategic decision-making. Tanya combines her background in healthcare and operations finance with a strong analytical approach to enhance efficiency and accuracy in planning processes. Originally from India, Tanya earned her MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from California State University, East Bay.
