Biography Shavaun Diallo is an experienced operations leader with over 15 years of experience in healthcare administration, organizational efficiency, and change management. Since 2013, she has served in leadership roles at both UCSF and UC Davis Health, where she oversaw financial management, department operations, process improvement initiatives, and staff development. Shavaun holds an Associate’s and Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master of Healthcare Administration degree. In addition to an Epic certification (Resolute) and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow & Green Belt Certification. Shavaun is passionate about optimizing workflows, implementing sustainable business practices, and fostering inclusive, collaborative work environments. Outside of work, she is an avid traveler to warm destinations when family and work schedules permit it. She loves time with family & friends, crafting, and shopping.
