Biography Lance Pangilinan serves as the educational lead for respiratory care services at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG), where he manages staff training, annual education, and onboarding for new respiratory care professionals. A dedicated member of the UCSF community since 2011, he brings deep experience and a commitment to clinical excellence in all aspects of respiratory education. In addition to his work at ZSFG, Lance organizes annual seminars for the Bay Area respiratory care community, provides monthly ventilator education to critical care physicians, and collaborates across hospital departments to support interdisciplinary training. Born and raised in the Bay Area, he is passionate about serving and educating the healthcare community he has always called home.
