Biography Harnoor earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and her Masters degree from Columbia University. She subsequently completed an Administrative Fellowship at the University of California, Davis Health. Since then, Harnoor has worked primarily in the academic medical center environment at Stanford Health Care and UCSF Health. During her time in these various roles, Harnoor led many initiatives spanning a broad range of topics, including clinical operations, safety and quality, value-based care, and clinical redesign. Most recently, Harnoor was part of the UCSF Ambulatory leadership team, where she executed several large-scale, organization-wide initiatives and supported all Ambulatory practices in the change management necessary for the success of these projects and associated metrics. Outside of work, Harnoor enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and her daughter. She also loves to travel and experiment with different cuisines in the kitchen.
