Overview This project uses routinely collected clinical data to identify opportunities to improve the safety, consistency, and quality of neuroanesthesia care at UCSF. We focus on organizing and validating internal datasets, monitoring clinically meaningful measures, and providing actionable feedback to the clinical team. By tracking practice patterns and outcomes over time, we identify areas for improvement and evaluate whether changes in care achieve their intended benefits. Our goal is to connect reliable internal data with practical improvements in everyday neuroanesthesia care.
