What I do: 

Vanessa provides administrative support to the director of Mount Zion and supports with the compensation committee. Provides administrative support for MZ and Mission bay hospitals in mail delivery, place pantry orders in Bear Buy, supply the lounges with coffee/tea/water, maintenance, reimbursements and any other general admin needs.  Provides support to the Admin Officer 3.
