What I do: 

Manages the department’s annual consolidated budget. This includes financial reporting and analysis, financial program management, strategic planning and financial stewardship, and clinical operations. He also liaisons with key groups such as new faculty, Change Health Care, and the Faculty Practice Organization. This department supports financial operations at UCSF Health and ZSFG. He directs the operations of the two service groups: The Anesthesia Finance Office and Clinical Operations.
