Facilities Coordinator
Carlos is the department’s liaison for all billable facilities requests. Carlos receives, submits, and tracks all department facilities requests, which he manages through our internal department service ticket database. [Link to Database here]
Supply Chain Management Services
Provides service and coordination for billable Supply Chain Management services, such as surplus, storage and moving services, and works with the capital asset team to ensure our annual capital asset inventory is complete.   
Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S)
Ensures department compliance regarding the annual emergency action plans by ensuring all site coordinators have updated and completed their sites EAPs. 
Archibus Space Survey
Partners with Maelani and others to ensure our annual space inventory is accurate; updates as necessary. 
Other Services
Provides support for ITS phone service requests and distribution of clinical dosimetry badges. Submits Bearbuy orders as requested by Maelani.
