Associate Professor David Robinowitz, MD, MHS, MS, has been appointed the Vice Chair of the University Committee on Academic Computing and Communications (UCACC), by the University of California Academic Senate. Dr. Robinowitz has played an ongoing leadership role in stewarding the UCSF Health adoption of the APeX electronic medical record, now in place for several years. He will serve as Vice Chair of this systemwide committee from September 2019 until August 2020.
